KTM Novatite Extreme™ cryogenic metal seated ball valves offer users seat leakage performance far exceeding the requirements of international cryogenic service standards with the added advantage of low wear and low maintenance.

  • Seat leakage performance type-tested to meet requirements of international standards (BS 6364 and ISO 28921).
  • Optimal placement of gland packing for sealing integrity achieved via use of short/long extended bonnets meeting ISO 28921 mandated temperature limits.
  • Fugitive emissions certified as per ISO 15848-1 Class BH CO3 covering full operating temperature range.
  • Unidirectional sealing capability offered as standard; bidirectional sealing capability available on request.
  • Superior sealing for cryogenic fluid applications driven by unique ball and seat manufacturing and finishing process.
  • Surface hardening of ball and seat with Chrome Carbide / Tungsten Carbide coating for improved wear resistance.
  • Complete spare part kits and metal trim kits available for ease of maintenance.
